Either way here it is, so about a week ago (shmurda), my controller started vibrating uncontrollably during a match, it became unusable, so naturally I unplugged it. When I plugged it back in, my OS (Windows 7 64-bit) told me my 'USB device was not recognized' and that the ' Device drivers were not installed correctly.
Now trust me on this that I have tried every possible fix I could find online, reinstalling the drivers, doing some shady things in the 'Device manager', editing my registry, something about windows class controller as well. None of it seemed to work.
